I offer a £1,000 referral fee if you refer a new client who is searching for a new home, or selling a property, who takes up our services.

By referring a friend, you are not only helping them achieve their property goals (find their dream home, sell their property quickly and efficiently, etc.), but you are also supporting my business growth.

It’s this easy -

• Get permission from your friend to share their details

• Either use my contact link or email team@adoreproperty.co.uk with

• Refer for £1,000 in the subject line

• Your full name

• Your friend’s name, and either their telephone number or email address

I also offer a fee for landlord referrals, so please do get in touch.

Business referrals - If you are an estate agent or other property services company that wishes to benefit from making referrals, these can be agreed on a percentage basis - Please get in touch to discuss.

How it works -

• The fee is £1,000 regardless of value of the purchase price

• You’re only eligible for a referral fee if the property purchase/sale completes using Adore Property’s services

• Your referral fee will be paid by BACS to your bank account within 30 days of the purchase/sale completion date, if you have supplied your bank account details within 10 days of them being requested by email

• Your referral must be made to Adore Property by email to team@adoreproperty.co.uk providing the details listed above and you must have your friends permission

• Your friend must not already be in contact with Adore Property or have been referred by someone else

• You must be 18 years or older and have referred someone before 1 July 2025
